My intrigue with the world of historic and forgotten things has led me to some seriously interesting places. It's been several months since I've entered an abandoned building, and while I miss it, I'm content with the healthy status of my lungs. Going through old photos, I found some good ones from this set, taken near Pittsburgh last May. This abandoned china factory.....full of abandoned pieces of china....ranks pretty high when it comes to interesting places. I think the state of awe that I was in kept me from taking as many photos as I should have. Thousands upon thousands of dishes and molds, and lots of lovely light....

Thanks, Britta! Definitely eerie, but it's easy to forget because there are so many intriguing things to see.

Amazing photos! I have heard of this place. It looks amazing. I am going home to Pittsburgh tomorrow and will be there for 10 days. This is located in new castle is that correct? Also do you happen to have any info for me like an address or anything? I'm a photographer as wel and would love to visit this place.
